A consulting firm built for the
agentic decade.
We don't sell software. We don't sell slides. We deploy production-grade AI agents into your departments — and then teach your people to keep building on their own.
Built by people who got tired of demos.
For two years we watched the AI consulting market sell strategy decks, slide-ware roadmaps, and SaaS dashboards. Almost nothing got into production. We started Orchestrary to do the opposite.
Orchestrary was founded in Prague in 2025 after its founders spent two years deploying AI agents inside a major international institution and a string of European mid-market companies. The pattern was always the same.
Leadership wanted "an AI strategy." Vendors arrived with PowerPoint, dashboards, and recurring license fees. Six months later, the strategy lived in a binder, the dashboard had two daily users, and the actual work — proposals, tenders, claims, support tickets, contract reviews — was still being done by humans the same way it always had been.
The constraint was never AI capability. The frontier models could already do the work. The constraint was deployment. Nobody was wiring agents into the messy, real, half-undocumented systems that actually run a department. Nobody was writing the small custom tools that turn a chatbot into a teammate. Nobody was teaching the staff to keep building once the consultant left.
So we built a firm that does exactly that. We deploy the first wave of agents ourselves, in your stack, on your data, against your real backlog. Then we run a structured Academy alongside the deployment so your own people learn to build, evaluate, govern, and extend the next wave.
By the end of an engagement, the agents are running, the metrics are visible, and your team is the agent factory. That is the deliverable. The agents are the proof.
Four convictions that shape every engagement.
These are non-negotiable. They cost us business with clients who want a different kind of advisor — and they earn us the clients who want this kind.
What Orchestrary is — and what it isn't.
We sit deliberately between the two dominant categories in the agentic AI market. Both, we think, leave clients dependent.
- No monthly seat fee for a dashboard you didn't ask for
- No proprietary "AI platform" you can't audit or extend
- No multi-year contract you can't exit cleanly
- No black-box agents whose prompts and tools you cannot see
- No "your data stays on our servers" compromise
- No 200-page strategy deck and a quarterly retainer
- No army of juniors billing by the hour
- No "phase 1: assessment, phase 2: assessment refinement"
- No deliverable that lives in a binder six months after sign-off
- No maintenance contract that grows over time
- Senior consultants who write the agents themselves and ship them into your production systems
- An open, on-prem-capable runtime that your IT team can audit line by line
- A structured 5-track Academy that turns 8–25 of your staff into in-house agent operators and engineers
- A measurement frame attached to every agent — visible in your BI from day one
- An engagement that ends. We move on, your team keeps building.
Senior, hands-on, terminal-resident.
Orchestrary is intentionally small. Every engagement is led by a partner-level operator who writes code, ships agents, and stays accountable for the outcome.
The short version of a long path.
From research labs and government deployments to a focused consulting firm.
What twelve months of focused work looks like.
We don't sell software.
We deliver consulting that works.
Start with a free 60-minute discovery call. No pitch deck, no slide-ware. We'll diagnose where agents would actually move the needle in your department — or tell you honestly that they wouldn't.
