Build the agentic decade
with us, hands on the keyboard.
Orchestrary is a small, senior consulting firm. Every hire is partner-track from day one — and writes code, ships agents, and stays accountable for the outcome. No bench, no juniors-as-billable-hours, no slide-ware specialists.
A short, honest filter.
We hire slowly, on purpose. The bar is unusually high; the trade-off is autonomy from day one and direct equity in what we build.
- You write code daily — Python, TS, or both — and you don't outsource the keyboard
- You've shipped at least one agent or LLM-backed system into production with real users
- You can hold a CTO conversation in the morning and ship a tool in the afternoon
- You think in trade-offs, not in absolutes — and you say "I don't know" when you don't
- You enjoy small teams and hate process overhead
- You speak good English; bonus for Czech, German, or French
- You expect a clearly scoped role with no ambiguity for the first six months
- Your last "shipped" thing was a slide deck or a Notion doc
- You think AI consulting means PowerPoint with the word "agent" in it
- You want a 9-to-5 that ends at 5 — we ship in production, on real schedules
- You think a good MVP is "we'll figure that out later" without a measurement frame
- You prefer being right to being honest
Five seats. Senior. Hands-on. Prague-anchored.
Each role is open to EU-resident candidates. Hybrid: 2 days/week in Prague preferred, full remote for the right candidate. Compensation is base + project share + equity option.
Four stages. Three weeks. Zero whiteboard puzzles.
We hire for the work you'd do, not for trick questions. Every stage is paid from stage three onwards — your time is real time.
Senior compensation, transparent structure.
Base + per-engagement project share + equity option. We publish the structure on every offer; we don't negotiate against ourselves.
Send us a note anyway.
We hire on signal, not on slot.
If you'd be a great fit for Orchestrary but the open roles don't match, write to us anyway. The most interesting hires we've made started as someone sending a thoughtful email.
